Top Notch came out today and installed our gas fire logs in the den. Tom and his family are wonderful to work with and they know their business. Once the fire logs were installed, Tom walked us through the mechanics of the remote, pilot lighting, etc. Additionally, he advised as to potential issues that could arise and how to correct or prevent them, and most important, his commitment to insure our satisfaction. Once completed, his payment process is simple, convenient and the cost was the estimate given, not a penny more. Truly a great company to do business with.
